Hotel is excellent in both service mentality and room comfort. Cooked breakfast offers some good choices. Service of entire team is excellent. Rooms are spacious and comfortable

This was a great place to stay. We booked last minute as we had initially planned to stay with some family. but for purposes of comfort we elected to stay in a hotel. Microtel came up as one of the cheaper options that still looked comfortable (airconditioning, non-shared bathroom etc). The price was exceptionally generous, our room had 2 queen sized beds and was only costing around 2600PHP per night with a decent breakfast included. Breakfast is ordered the night before and you can select 3 food items and drink. Hotel is located not far from a supermarket and some fast food outlets. Also not that far from the mall. The staff here are fanatic, extremely friendly and helpful. Each day all of the staff greet you good morning and can't do enough to help. Our trip to Microtel was staggered as we had another part of our holiday planned, so we left microtel and returned 9 days later. I had mistakenly booked the wrong date (selected the dates in March instead of February). This was supposed to be a non-refundable booking but the hotel staff understood my mistake and went above and beyond to sort this for me.

Nice and comfortable hotel with spacious rooms. Free and fast Wifi in both rooms and hotel lobby. Very friendly and helpful staff who make you feel like home. Nice Japanese restaurant on site.

I appreciate that they allowed us to check-in an hour earlier. The receptionists were great, as well as the rest of the staff. I like the location.

The room was very comfortable, we needed a place to sleep when travelling from Banaue to Manila and the location was great for a quick stopover: good value for money, breakfast included and a big parking lot included in the room rate.

The staff is very friendly, room is very clean and orderly. Includes a microwave, fridge, coffee packets, electric kettle, blow dryer, and warm shower water. Booking features a free breakfast and excellent Japanese restaurant. This hotel feels safe and secure with a security guard outside who will assist with parking.

Clean and staffs are polite. Location is a bit far from any establishment but quiet and away from main traffic.

Super clean rooms. Super efficient staff. Very polite and super helpful in maki v your stay comfortable. Nice quiet place to spend a weekend and a few days. A very nice garden where you can sit and while your time away

The staff was very warm and welcoming, They accommodated us well given that we have a PWD family member. All staff are hospitable and have a ready greeting or smile. I liked the coziness of the place and it was not too far from other locations. The back garden was also nice.

for value of its hotel it was exceptional. room was large enough and bathroom was so clean and large. I had no expectation since we are travelling out of the Manila but if i go around the area I will definetly stay again. + brekfast was nice enough.
